These Terms govern your use of socialflooding.app and the services provided by Social Flooding ("we", "us"). By using the site or our services you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide content distribution, social media account management and related platform services. Scope, pricing and deliverables are set out in a separate agreement or order.

Your responsibilities

• You own, or have the rights to, all content you provide to us.
• You will not use our services for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive purposes.
• You will comply with the terms of each social platform used.

Third-party platforms

Platform rules and algorithms are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific views, followers, engagement, revenue or results, and accounts may be limited or removed by the platforms.

Fees and payment

Fees are as agreed in writing and due per the agreed schedule. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to use it to deliver the services. The Social Flooding name, logo, site and software remain our property.

Privacy

We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end the services as set out in the applicable agreement. We may suspend access for violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Social Flooding is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
